Terms & Conditions

Internal business application. Not offered to the public — access requires an account issued by an Oceanic Consultants administrator.
These Terms govern use of the Oceanic Consultants app by our staff, counsellors, branch managers and registered agents, on whichever platform you installed it from. Signing in means you agree to these Terms. If installed from the Apple App Store, Apple’s Standard EULA also applies alongside these Terms.

Accounts

You’re responsible for your login and account activity. Accounts aren’t transferable and access ends when your employment or engagement ends.

Acceptable use

Use the App only for Oceanic Consultants business, enter accurate information, keep applicant data confidential, and don’t access data outside your permissions or disrupt the App.

Availability

We may update, suspend, or discontinue the App, or these Terms, at any time.

Liability

The App is provided “as is” for internal use. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim liability for indirect or consequential damages from its use.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from them.
