You need to undertake the medical examination with the doctors approved by the NZ government.

Step 5 Apply for Student visa
We check all your documents to ensure that they meet the student visa requirements. We lodge the student visa application on your behalf.

Step 6 Accept Offer, Pay the required tuition fee and open bank account in NZ
Upon receiving the visa approval in principle, you need to pay the tuition fee requested by the institute in the offer letter. If there were any conditions included in AIP, you must have met the conditions by this step.
At this stage, you need to open a bank account in NZ and transfer the funds into the newly opened account. We will help you in all these tasks and work with you to ensure that it is hassle free. Our office can also help you with the foreign exchange transaction.

Step 7 Make travel arrangements

To study in the NZ, you must apply for a student visa. The type of course and its length will determine the length of stay. In this section, you can get an overview of the student visa requirements. Click here to contact an experienced visa specialist to determine your eligibility.
You must have an offer of place from an approved education provider.
As an international student, you and your family members must have and maintain adequate health insurance for the whole of your stay in New Zealand.
If you are aged 17 and over, and intend to stay in New Zealand for more than 24 months you must provide police certificates from:
- your country(s) of citizenship
- any country(s) you've spent more than 5 years in since turning 17.
You need to provide that you genuinely intend to meet the conditions of your visa. To decide this, some of the information that the visa office uses include:
- information /documentation that you provide with your visa application
- your personal circumstance such as academic and employment background, gap years, etc.
- past visa history
You must provide evidence that you have enough money to pay for:
- Tuition fees. This includes paying fee after the visa application has been approved in principle.
- living expenses for yourself and any family members who come with you to New Zealand
- proof you have enough money to buy a ticket out of New Zealand

You, as an international student, are allowed to work up to 20 hours a week if you are doing a full-time course with at least 2 years of duration. You have the similar work rights if you undertake a full-time course that gains you points under skilled migration category or if you course is at least 1 year in duration under the student exchange scheme.
You can work full-time during the student breaks provided you are studying full-time for at least 1 academic year in a course that is worth at least 120 points and the course is of at least 2 semesters (at least 8 months).
If you are enrolled in Masters by research or doctoral degree, you can work for as long as you want.
You may apply for the Post-study work visa. This visa lasts for up to 3 years and duration of the visa depends on the level of your qualification and where you studied.
This visa allows you to work for any employer and in almost any job.
You spouse can also apply for a work visa and your dependent can study free as domestic students.
