Wintec delivers many internationally recognized Postgraduate programmes, with the newest being the Postgraduate Diploma in Applied Informatics (Level 8). This programme was developed in consultation with industry to meet increasing demand from industry in New Zealand. It merges IT and Business in order to extract vital business insights from data and deliver it to the right people, at the right and in the right way. The Graduate Diploma in Information Technology (Level 7) provides the systems analysis, programming and database skills and knowledge to improve your career prospects in a wide range of occupations involving information technology. The Graduate Diploma in Business (Level7) is endorsed by the NZICA and Associate Accountants which are members of the Global Accounting Alliance and you can select from areas such as Marketing, Management, Accounting or Human resources to specialise in. Other areas of study at Wintec include Media Arts, Sport Science, Education, Science and Engineering, Nursing and Social Practice.

Wintec has three main campuses with 24 hour computer and internet access and some of the best purpose-built training facilities in the country.  Our highly qualified tutors are industry experienced and actively involved in research, development and technology transfer.
